Dirck went out of his way to inspect our home within our deadline. He was very thorough and spent time explaining each finding in detail and answering any questions with clear knowledge and expertise.
He wrote the detailed report same day, even finishing it later into the evening/night. He is the best we could ask for as first time home buyers purchasing a very old house. Cannot recommend him enough!
