As first time home buyers, Dirck did a fabulous job of walking us through the inspection step by step. He made us feel comfortable asking any and all manners of questions to help us understand all facets of the house. If you ever need an inspection done, he's your guy!

Dirck was our inspector for a 23 year old house, and we were impressed and reassured by his thorough work that encompassed so many functional and safety aspects of the home. He was very open to questions and helped us figure out future capabilities such as whether the house had the capability to add an electrical vehicle charger to the existing system. He also took the time to walk us through the house to explain all his findings to familiarize us with the house and to address some of the visual concerns I had to assess if they would or would not be as big of an issue as they appeared. Very highly recommend!!!

My wife and I are first time home buyers and hired Dirck as our home inspector. We are so glad we decided to get a home inspection done and we're grateful for how thorough Dirck was in his report.
