We have had 2 houses inspected by Dirck at DTI and he has done a fantastic job both times. He is very detailed in his inspections and has made sure we understand everything in them!

Dirck made my first home inspection process a walk in the park. Very easy to get ahold of and schedule with an extremely tight close deadline. He was incredibly thorough and noticed simple issues that should be fixed even outside of the normal inspection process. After the inspection was completed he provided an inspection report the same day and it was very easy to read and see the details on what looks good and what needs to be fixed. Very easy to talk to as well and he breaks stuff down into easier terms to understand if you are not knowledgeable about the more technical aspects of your home.

Dirck’s inspection was very thorough and he carefully described all the findings to us. Final report came the same day with lots of photos and details. Booking process was very easy and Dirck accommodated our tight timeline. Highly recommended!!
