The inspection was very professional and complete. Dirck took his time going over the findings with us. Even though it was new construction he found things that needed attention that I would never have discovered. The builder addressed all the issues. I feel confident that we are ready to close on the property. The inspection included measuring the radon level and a sewer scope. Well worth the expense. Dirck really knowledgeable and he is very helpful and easy to reach if you have questions.
